  1. To order Option F, please click on the button below to visit the advertising intake form.

  2. Please enter your show information there.

  3. Once finished with the form, you will click SUBMIT to send us the information.

  4. You will then be taken to the payment page. For payment you can use a PayPal account to pay online, you can mail us a check, or where you can enter your Credit Card information. Please have your credit card ready. HEY IDK HOW WOOFOO WORKS BUT WE DO NEED TO REDESIGN THE FORMS FOR THE NEW VERSIONS
